Biography

Pinar Oguzhan Yildiz completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Erzurum/ Turkey. She graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Fisheries, in 2002. In 2005, she completed her Master’s Degree Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Fisheries. In 2011, she completed her PhD at Atatürk University, Faculty of Fisheries. She worked from Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Aquaculture, between 2002-2011. She worked from Ardahan University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering between 2011-2019. She working at Atatürk University, Faculty of Fisheries from since 2019 various scientific publications have publications in the field of fisheries food. She joined many international conferences in addition to scientific activities. Member of the editorial board of several international scientific conferences and journals in the field of food and nutrition. Research areas are microbiology, seafood, fisheries and seafood processing technologies.
