Biography
Qingqing He is an associate professor at the School of Resource and Environmental Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT). She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wuhan University and completed her PhD at the Department of Geography and Resource Management, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2018 with her thesis focusing on the ambient air pollution in China for sustainable environment, which brought her a “Postgraduate Research Output Award”. After joining WHUT, she is committed to using spatial intelligence and geo-statistics, remote sensing and big data to improve the knowledge of atmospheric environment, and provide solid support to environmental management, sustainable development, human and planetary health. She has published more than 30 publications in top journals including Remote Sensing of Environment, Environmental Science & Technology, Environment International, Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, and Journal of Cleaner Production, etc.
